The paper attempts to resolve the issues that arose in connection with introduction 2019 of amendments Federal Law «On Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedure Participation a Mediator (Mediation Procedure)" terms endowing notarized mediation agreement force an execution order: whether this is capable replacing marriage contract, on division common property spouses, payment alimony, i.e. agreements subject mandatory notarization. Also, dwells achieved dispute concerning child’s place residence and determining order communication child separate parent without transferring court after their notarization acquire order.
